Ad Specifications
Binding: Saddle stitched
Print: 4-Color Process, Offset, Coated stock
"Camera Ready" images of the advertising media must be submitted electronically, preferably in PDF format. Please use the following guidelines for submission:
- Color mode is CMYK
- Resolution is 300 dpi
- Embed all fonts
- Crop marks must be offset by at least 18 points (.125 inches)
- All type and logos must be inside the trim by .25 inch.
- Make sure crops, registration and color bars are offset by at least 18 points (.125 inches).
- Please include your company name in the file.
Send your CD along with a SWOP (Specifications for Web Offset Publications) proof to: Write Designs, LTD @ Print Write Now, 2957 Sudderth Drive, Ruidoso, NM 88345. Oh So… Ruidoso will not be responsible for color reproduction if a SWOP proof is not provided.

Advertising Rates/Ad Design Charges
- Open rates include one ad design with minor changes and deviations.
- Contract rates are available (call Ad Rep for more information).
- Rates quoted are for digitally supplied ads and do not include design charges.
- Annual contracts will receive the bonus of the first ad designed with minor changes at no extra cost.
- Additional layouts will be charged as follows:
- 1/6 page size: $50
- 1/4 page size: $75
- 1/3 page size: $85
- 1/2 page size: $115
- 2/3 page size: $135
- Full page ad size: $175
